Ueda Hinata

The sister of Ueda Hikaru, Hinata is known to be quite talented with the arts of drawing and calligraphy. Their family had been poor and at one point Hikaru had done extra work around the village to pick up a special pen and some ink from a traveller. She cherishes it to this day.

 

While she was far more talented than he, Hikaru himself has artistic talents. He was always playing music or cheering workers up with singing. He frequently also gave small crafted gifts to children, many times made of paper.

 

The siblings keep each other grounded, especially after barely escaping the massacre with their lives. Hinata has become more quiet and distant while Hikaru doesn't seem to remember much. Luckily he escaped without too much scarring while poor Hinata seems incapable of functioning without him...
